No — slip resistance is the whole point of the flake texture. It grips bare feet even with pool water sheeting over it, and we can adjust the texture level to your preference.
No. Our polyaspartic topcoats are UV-stable, so the color won't fade, chalk, or yellow even in full summer sun. That's a key difference from epoxy, which yellows outdoors.
Yes — in most cases. We diamond-grind the surface, fill cracks and spalling, and level imperfections before coating, so the finished deck is smooth and seamless. If a slab is beyond saving, we'll tell you honestly at the consultation.
Most pool decks and patios take one to two days depending on square footage and how much repair the concrete needs. The surface is walkable within hours of the final topcoat.
A hose or a mop is all it takes. The surface is non-porous, so dirt, chlorine, and spills rinse right off — no sealing, no pressure-washing schedule, no special products.
